Moscow Music Week is an international showcase festival and conference which presents the current Russian music scene and industry. MMW took place across 15 leading cultural and musical venues throughout the city with over 150 performers participating The lecture and discussion side of the conference programme featured a number of speakers from around the world.
BiG HEATH, rap musician from Cambridge, made his debut performance in Russia as part of the MMW festival. Suffering heavily from a speech impediment, BiG HEATH discovered at a young age that he was able to rap without stuttering, and by the age of 13 he was writing his own rap and producing beats to accompany them. His music and live shows today are a must-see spectacle; high energy performances are juxtaposed with rap spat with an obsessive precision. HEATH is not only an artist that embraces being different, but also dares you to be different.
